Petitioner seeks prosecution of AstraZeneca (Covishield) manufacturer Bill Gates, his partner Adar Poonawalla and other Government officials and leaders involved in the murder of a 23 years old man who lost his life because of vaccination. The deceased took Covishield vaccine by believing on the false narratives that the vaccines as completely safe and also for the reason that he was forced to take the vaccine to comply with the condition for traveling in Local train.
