On Tuesday evening in Omaha NE we were driving to the grocery. I was the right seat passenger and looked up to see what looked to me like a passenger jet suspended not moving in the sky. We were nearly directly below the plane so that I could see lights and the undersurface of wings/ fuselage etc. It was not an optical illusion. We were moving nearly orthogonally to the position of the plane which should have increased not decreased the apparent speed of the plane. It didnt fly over us. I was able to see it out the moon roof as we drove on. My husband couldnt look. Kids were saying its just an illusion ( without looking up) and I couldnt get anyone to stop the car. But I watched it for at least the time it took to traverse a large block at ~30 mph. The next am the Canadian and American NOTAM flight systems stopped working and all flights held till 9 am. We were told it was just a test. EBS went off in Ohio before 10 am as well. Did we experience a time jump anomaly? Anyone else out there see this?
