We always expect to fight the last war. But clever ideas and technology moves ahead. We’ve caught fentanyl in massive quantity on ships coming from China. Why? Facts: the Soviets spent decades working on weaponizing Aerosols. The effective dose Fentanyl is .04 mcg/ meter cubed. In weaponized form it persists on surfaces and in solution. Think Fentanyl rain. And as recently as 2019 in paper above we debated labeling Fentanyl a WMD. The fact we didn’t shoot down the balloons doesn’t mean we lack air superiority. The Biden administration just isn’t doing anything. We clearly could take out these things, and I do not believe the Chinese Air Force would prevail against us if we were mobilized against them. But first we have to take out the Biden administration.
