Context: was able to do well for Canadian provinces, but unable to find decent options with a couple selective preferences in a single county in Oregon.
So, I should generally be fine with states. Maybe a couple of the smaller ones might be hard?

You think you can put down 10% on a nice home in Iowa and thereafter pay $700 a month for your home while building equity?
You think that home would be over 2000 sq feet, with over 6 acres of land, and be situated in a little, 100% white town?
