The U.S. Embassy in Addis Ababa, Google Developers Group Addis Ababa (GDG Addis), and CAWEE are preparing a TechCamp training program to raise awareness on the impact of disinformation in Ethiopia.
TechCamp Addis Ababa will be a hands-on, highly interactive three-day event where you will interact with world-class trainers through a series of sessions. These participant-led engagements are meant to share best practices and challenges with your peers, as well as with experts from Africa and around the world. Trainers will expose technological tools and concepts tailored for participants to address important issues in Ethiopia.
TechCamp Addis Ababa will strengthen media literacy skills, responsible reporting ability, and make available tools to conduct strong, creative, and effective professional journalism.
