• Office rental agreement won’t be mandatory.
• Fayda National ID Ethiopia system will be used to facilitate startup registration.
• Transitioning cash registers to digital platforms.
• Offering tax exemptions and assistance.
• Startups exporting services will utilize 100% of foreign currency earnings.
• Permitting banks to offer debit card or wire transfer payments for startups.
• Enabling foreign investors to back Ethiopian startups.
• Establishing Funds of Funds. (Institutions that fund startups)
• Supporting existing startups with funding and stock options, involving the Development Bank for equity and idea financing.
