Opinion - Both sides have essentially stated that they don't expect it to last. I give the deal maybe a week or two before somebody breaks the ceasefire, be it a false flag, accidental, or targeted. Hopefully I'm wrong

Tuzla, in between Crimea and Krasnodar Krai in the Kerch Strait, was at the time part of Ukraine, but its status was disputed. On October 31st, a Russian tugboat approached the island, allegedly taking photos of Ukrainian defences. The tugboat was detained, and after the arrival of Russian military vessels, it was released. Eventually, through mediation, the matter was settled. The event is recognized to have ominously foreshadowed the future relationship between the two countries.

Factors such as the increased recycling fee, high loan costs and reduced credit availability, as well as changes in the tax system, have led to a decline in sales volume. In the near future, the downward trend in sales is likely to continue."
