So, the test came to an end.
No limit was found. No speed reduce was found.
Maybe the upload speed was too slow. Maybe the limit is hourly and not daily. Maybe it was just a temporary limit (right now uploading bots have no problems as they had yesterday). Maybe there is no such limit. I don't know.
And I also don't know what TdLib dev mean when he said there was a new upload limit.
I know that more than 300Gb were uploaded in less than 24hrs by the same bot. This means that the current limit (if there is really one) cannot be reached by any normal user.
