-11:45: Dcs 4 and 2 are down,
telegram.org, t.me, telesco.pe and telegram.dog are also down.
-12:15: DC 4, DC 2 and all domains are up again
-12:12: CDNs 1, 4 and 5 are down
-12:22: CDNs 1, 4 and 5 are up
-12:23: DC 2, DC4 and telegram.org, t.me, telegram.dog and telescope are Down
-12:24: DC 2, DC4 and telegram.org, t.me, telegram.dog and telescope are Up again

This can't be a coincidence. 🤔
Probably they are updating Telegram servers.

How are we supposed to break 2-Step Verification if the phone number Telegram gave us is invalid?
First I thought it may be a client limitation, so I tried to login using MTProto directly and got the error: The phone number is invalid (PHONE_NUMBER_INVALID)

If Telegram really want to prove 2-step verification is secure:
1- Publish and use a valid phone number like everyone else. (a brazillian number will be better)
2- Forward all the login codes they receive to a Public Channel everyone can access

Does plain users account have this kind of limitation?

1) They are able to join currently in read-only mode.
2) When they join, they don't generate join messages
