Stepped into a pit of color grading my monitor (without any equipment by the way). I just was like: yeah, I'll figure it out.

Kind reminder that color representation is a context-based thing and so a human can't and should never do colors outside of their context.

Anyway, I'm happy with how it is now, but can't recommend it to anyone. And the solution is to use RTNGS graded file + NOVIDEO_SRGB, as usual.

Basic Windows 11 apps such as Notepad, Snipping Tool, Paint, and even OEM tools like ASUS Armory Crate stopped launching due to a Microsoft Store licensing check failure.

It seems that Microslop tried to improve the security against pirated apps and failed. But at least AI writes half of their code, you know... can you imagine that they expect you to have MS account to run Notepad?
