1️⃣ Recognizing the community concern for beFITTER Player ticket pool, we open Phase 2 for ticket purchasing

2️⃣ Due to the speculation from some users who purchased tickets on beFITTER ticket pool, which breaks the balance among public users' allocation, we decide to modify the rule as follows:

💳 Max allocation per person: $500, equivalent to 10 tickets

If users purchased more than 10 tickets, we will make a refund for the remaining tickets within 2 days.

e.g: One user bought 15 tickets. We will refund his 5 tickets.

The remaining tickets will be transferred to Phase 2.

We are sorry for any inconvenience caused. We are upgrading our launchpad to save system balance and protect users' benefits.

FULL POLICY

⏰ Effective time: From 00:00 UTC, July 13, 2022.

One-hour Refund Policy

1️⃣ Participants in public token sales can choose whether to claim purchased tokens or request a refund

2️⃣ The refund request time is only valid within 1 hour after token listing or claiming time, whichever is later

3️⃣ Users who have pressed the claiming button cannot request a refund for the rest amount.

4️⃣ Users requesting a refund cannot claim any tokens after refund request has been successfully submitted

5️⃣ We will charge an amount as an operation fee for refunds at non-staking pools

6️⃣ Refunds in pools that require staking are free of charge

7️⃣ If there is a refund action from any launchpad within 24h, GameFi.org will consider refunding

8️⃣ The refund request only applies to users who claim tokens on the GameFi.org website

Improvement in $GAFI staking and unstaking policy

1️⃣ GameFi rank maintenance is no longer required for all IGO pools

2️⃣ Users may still claim purchased tokens after participating in a pool, regardless of rank retainment or decreasing
