The off duty campus cop tried to shoot him on the Columbia Rd. bridge but his gun jammed. BCI found the faulty round on the bridge. He then emptied his clip into Elliott a few minutes later in front of the E/R. An officer threw his body cam under a cop car. His dash cam vanished.
