If Europe will cease to exist it is due to being outcompeted by other groups within our societies, not because of low birth-rates.
We actually do not need a constantly growing population.
What we need is a system in place that benefits law-abiding, productive Europeans (as opposed to what we have in place now).
Having huge families will not change the system. Getting good people into institutions of power will.
Also, even if the goal is to increase European birth-rates this would only be possible by first initiating large-scale remigration (which in any case must always be the focus).

I understand why people are thinking in this way. This is essentially a physicist approach to solving societal problems. They think that society is determined like some chemical element: "Iron will rust if it is exposed to moisture and oxygen."
They see the society in essentially deterministic way and their solutions are always simple:
"We have to put the protective coat on iron."
And similar types of statements, always simplified so that a man with no antropological, societal, psychological, philosophical knowledge can understand.
This is essentially ignoring the entire developments of the post-war West, of how the Frankfurt became powerful, of how to conduct oneself in a metapolitical environment of the 21st century.
They see the society in essentially deterministic way and their solutions are always simple:
