The militants report massive columns of Puntland soldiers and war material advanced towards their positions on Tuesday (4th) morning and engaged the terrorists, under cover of artillery strikes and drones from afar.

Additionally, they claim counter-attacks were conducted against advancing PDF units, causing some to retreat and in one case reaching the headquarters of the campaign.

IS also acknowledges losing some of its fighters, stating most died due to drone strikes, fighting on the front lines and infiltrating PDF bases from behind the lines, the group also says at least 70 PDF soldiers were killed and dozens injureds, which is down from the 80 soldiers dead estimate from local media.

The terrorists also said they monitored the coming in and out of the PDF helicopters carrying dead and injuries as well as truck and ambulances, and don't fail to mention the support Puntland enjoys from the US and the UAE.

🇷🇺❌💥 BREAKING: Russian authorities have intercepted a shipment of FPV goggles modified with explosives, intended for frontline troops!

The goggles, identified as Skyzone Cobra FPV, were rigged with 10–15 grams of plastic explosives near the “temple area,” connected to the power button.

If activated, the explosives would have detonated, resulting in a fatal outcome.

The modified goggles were discovered during an inspection of humanitarian aid packages, which showed signs of tampering.
