The Sharaa has a deadline of several hours, and if there is no complete and full withdrawal from Suweida, we will begin a new phase and move to a new level of fighting.

Our position on the Israeli state is clear. We've always said we [the Druze] do not need anyone to protect us.

Syria is our motherland, and there is no alternative; we either live here with dignity on this land or die with dignity beneath it. We are not in need of foreign protection, and that's been our stance since the revolution began, not just today.

These calls for intervention are political maneuvers exploiting the South Syria issue. We are against foreign and partition projects. Now, we have a legitimate Syrian state, one that aligns with the people's hopes and aspirations. We're seeing Israeli interference and attempts at division, and we categorically reject this.

➡️We are capable of overcoming all attempts by the Israeli entity aimed at tearing us apart.

➡️Syria is not a testing ground for external conspiracies nor a place to fulfill the ambitions of others.

➡️The Syrian state intervened to stop what happened in Sweida and succeeded in restoring security.

We were faced with the choice of open war with Israel or allowing an agreement, and we chose to protect the nation.

We have prioritized the interest of the people over chaos, and our best choice was to protect the unity of the homeland.
