To our people, members of the Arab tribes of all sects, in the areas occupied by the Qandil terrorists, we, your children in the army of the Arab tribes, remain committed to our pledge that we will liberate our land from this cross-border terrorist militia that aims to divide our country and exploit our children in service of their suspicious projects and spread corruption and vice in our societies, as we affirm. Once again, we are a tribal military formation, and our loyalty is to our people and our land. We have not and will not be affiliated with any other military party, even if our goals coincide with them. We will not accept replacing one occupier with another, and this land belongs to its people and children and no one else.

We also make an appeal, and perhaps the last one, to the members of this militia from the Arab tribes, leaders and soldiers, to leave the ranks of this terrorist militia in order to preserve their lives and support their families, so that they will not be shields used by Qandil terrorists and push them to destruction.

To the fathers and mothers who have children in the ranks of this militia, the sooner you withdraw your children from them, the more you will preserve their lives before it is too late. We will not accept any excuses when a member of that militia falls into our hands and the one who warned has been excused.
