The first 14 pages of the document only included infants under 1 years old.
It is worthy to note that the causality figure is so much higher than 34k, and thousands of others killed throughout the war are nowhere to be found.

The Mujahid Brother, Yahya Al-Sinwar, head of the political bureau of the Hamas movement, confirmed that the Al-Aqsa Flood operation came to deal a blow to the Zionist project in Palestine and the region.
In his letter to Ansar Allah leader 'Abdul-Malik al-Houthi', 'Yahya Al-Sinwar' blessed the arrival of Ansar Allah missiles in Yemen to the depths of the Zionist entity, bypassing the layers of defense and interception systems, thanked Ansar Allah for their sincere affection and solid will that we saw in the field.
Commander Sinwar said in his message: “The arrival of your missiles will thwart the containment and neutralization plans of the resistance fronts, and will make them more influential in resolving the battle,” adding that “the concerted efforts of our efforts with the resistance in Yemen, Lebanon and Iraq will defeat the enemy by defeating him from our homeland, God willing.”
He explained that our Palestinian people in Gaza are subjected to a genocidal war, siege and starvation, which requires the nation to support them.
The head of the Political Bureau confirmed that the resistance is fine, indicating that the news and information the enemy publishes comes within the framework of psychological warfare.
He pointed out that the resistance is preparing itself for a battle of attrition, and will break the enemy's political will just as it broke his military will.
