Four rockets were fired towards BGW by the Iran-backed “Islamic Resistance in Iraq”. At least two were shot down by the C-RAM, and the rest fell on the headquarters of the Counter-Terrorism Service HQ adjacent to the diplomatic quarters, which led to injuries among Iraqis. No Americans were injured.
