The fine details about the provinces
▪️Out of seven provinces of Nepal, only one province, has no border with India, i.e. Karnali.
▪️All of these bordering provinces, are either completely or partially a part of Terai geographical region.
▪️Most of these provinces, and particularly the bordering districts, have a substantial jihadi population
▪️In some cases, the districts on either side of the border, have a substantial jihadi population.
▪️Most of these jihadi flooded districts, are also a hotbed of arms trafficking.
▪️Often the districts on the other side of our border with Nepal, act as safe havens for fugitive jihadis, and they mix with the local population easily. Not only catching them is difficult, but also their extradition is tough.
▪️Indian state should use madhesi population as our asset in Nepal, but the use should be very judicious, because, madhesis include a large number of muslims too, and they are a threat to the stability of various districts of UP and Bihar, and eventually, Nepal too.
▪️These districts (in Nepal) need close monitoring and combined efforts from Government of India and Nepal, and efforts must be invested to check the rise in radicalization in these districts.

सातों संदिग्ध अजरबैजान से आए थे। दो वर्षों तक उन्होंने ईरानियों के लिए 600 मिशनों को अंजाम दिया। अन्य बातों के अलावा, उन्होंने वायु सेना के ठिकानों और गोलानी सैन्य अड्डे की तस्वीरें खींचीं।
अधिकारियों ने खुलासा किया कि संदिग्धों को ईरानी एजेंटों से रणनीतिक स्थलों के निर्देश और मानचित्र प्राप्त हुए थे, और क्रिप्टोकरेंसी का उपयोग करके भुगतान किया गया था।
अभियोजक के कार्यालय ने शुक्रवार को अभियोग दायर करने की योजना बनाई है, जिसमें मुकदमे की कार्यवाही तक हिरासत में रखने की मांग की जाएगी।
इस मामले को हाल के वर्षों में सबसे गंभीर सुरक्षा उल्लंघनों में से एक बताया गया है।
