We, the Tehrik-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP), inform the people of South Waziristan that our war is solely against the Pakistani Army and its informants. Civilians are not our target.

We urge locals to stay away from military posts and avoid cooperation with the enemy. Those aiding the military will be considered collaborators and treated accordingly.

Our mission is to free this land from oppression. We will continue our operations until the region is cleansed of occupying forces.
