Addressing the 16th BRICS summit in Russia's Kazan, PM Narendra Modi said there was "No  place for double standards on terrorism":

"We should take active steps to prevent radicalisation among the youth...We've to work together on the pending issue of the Comprehensive Convention on International Terrorism in the UN," he added.
