The video is a fake. Pakistani media have taken a Houthi? (or Iranian) attack(s) on Israel, replacing the original audio with that of from India. The original video, with audio is posted to confirm, where the distinct Israeli air raid sirens can be heard.

It's also worth noting, claims regarding Pakistani strikes taking out an entire S-400 battery are likely very, very false.
