Guys it's not like we are controlling all factors. We just assess things. American establishment needed St Martin to contain China even before Trump was in picture. They asked us for base and we refused, doesn't mean they can't get other options. IF that weapon consignment is factual, and if it has landed, then no doubt there will be rise in insurgency in NE and not even Trump's father can stop that.
