By reading the history I learned that in the time of pandemic first rats occupy the streets and afterwards people disappear.

By seeing with my own eyes I see that the reality is opposite. First people leave streets and make place for rats and afterwards the rats come to fill the empty places.

If you want the rats to disappear again you must occupy the streets again, otherwise the streets will for ever belong to the rats.
