Users with transaction history: adjusted from 10 (4hours) to 16 (8hours)

Commission from referrals with transaction history: adjusted from 5 to 3

Users with no transaction history: adjusted from 5 (4hours) to 4 (8 hours)

Commission from referrals with no transaction history: adjusted from 3 to 1

Further Adjustments:
