Check out my take on the Maduro/Venezuela situation on today's Badlands News Brief.
https://badlands.substack.com/p/badlands-news-brief-06e
While writing a take on yesterday's story about the arrest of Glencore oil executive Alex Beard, I stumbled onto a direct connection to Maduro-- who has been engaged in a corruption purge of his government since 2017, when he received a "laptop from hell" that contained all the sauce on his officials being bribed by Glencore and others.
Not only did Maduro hire a powerful lawyer (same guy who went after Prince Andrew on behalf of Virginia Giuffre, pro bono) to file civil suits against 40 Big Oil executives in March 2018, it appears that the material produced from the resulting investigation may have been used by the Trump DOJ to expand EO 13818 and seize assets of globalist oligarchs.
It would seem that Maduro's civil lawsuit investigation may have also yielded materials that were used by UK authorities to arrest Alex Beard.
Perhaps that explains why they launched the coup against Maduro?

The reason it was saved for last.
There were actually several posts that mentioned Israel (in passing), so I think this post really references Trump and why he never addressed very obvious and fair criticisms of AIPAC and other Israel-connected controversies. Because if he had, then the Trump-haters may have been unwittingly programmed to become sympathetic toward Zionism.
Instead, he went the other way-- all in on publicly supporting Israel, which had the dual benefit of winning the support of the Israeli public (which I think is being weaponized against Netanyahu) and driving the Left further into the pro-Palestine camp.
Trump likely knows that anons are discerning enough to figure out the truth for ourselves, without his guidance, just like we did with COVID.
Remember, this movement isn't about building consensus. We aren't establishing a monolithic ideology which we demand all Americans adopt; that's what our enemy does. That's what tyrants do.
The name of the game is "community revulsion." We must turn the Left (all demographics) against their masters.

Be weary, anons, of this development. It could be a limited hangout. Years back, Miyares brought those big charges against the Loudoun County School Superintendent who covered up the trans bathroom rape scandal... only to later quietly drop those charges.
Miyares plans to run for VA governor next year, so this could be pure posturing. (Youngkin can't legally run again.) Temper expectations.

"The United Arab Emirates became the first Arab country to open a nuclear power plant on Saturday, raising concerns about the long-term consequences of introducing more nuclear programs to the Middle East.
Two other countries in the region — Israel and Iran — already have nuclear capabilities. Israel has an unacknowledged nuclear weapons arsenal and Iran has a controversial uranium enrichment program that it insists is solely for peaceful purposes.
The U.A.E., a tiny nation that has become a regional heavyweight and international business center, said it built the plant to decrease its reliance on the oil that has powered and enriched the country and its Gulf neighbors for decades. It said that once its four units were all running, the South Korean-designed plant would provide a quarter of the country’s electricity.
Seeking to quiet fears that it was trying to build muscle to use against its regional rivals, it has insisted that it intends to use its nuclear program only for energy purposes.
But with Iran in a standoff with Western powers over its nuclear program, Israel in the neighborhood and tensions high among Gulf countries, some analysts view the new plant — and any that may follow — as a security and environmental headache. Other Arab countries, including Saudi Arabia, are also starting or planning nuclear energy programs."

I think it’s fair to say that Putin is Trump’s equal, in terms of his stature and understanding of the conflict at hand.

🌍 In a sign of major geopolitical realignment, Saudi Arabia and other Gulf Arab states sent warm congratulations to Iran on its newly elected President Masoud Pezeshkian.
Saudi King Salman welcomed the news of Iran’s election winner last weekend and said he hoped that the two Persian Gulf nations would continue developing their relations “between our brotherly people”.
That olive branch from Saudi Arabia to Iran is an unprecedented diplomatic development – one that will trigger alarm in Washington whose primary goal in the Middle East has been to isolate Iran from its neighbors.
The United States and its Western allies, in particular, the former colonial power Britain, have exploited the tensions in the Persian Gulf to exercise a divide-and-rule policy. The British are past masters at playing the sectarian game in all their former colonies from Ireland to Myanmar and everywhere in between, including the Middle East.
Taking a leaf out of that imperialist playbook, Washington has historically fuelled fears of Iranian expansionism. This has ensured Saudi Arabia and its Gulf neighbors remain under U.S. “protection” which is vital for maintaining the petrodollar system that underpins the American dollar as the international reserve currency. Without the petrodollar privileges, the U.S. economy would implode.
The days of Washington and its Western minions playing divide and rule are over because they have discredited themselves irreparably.
