For those wondering, I have done my research and consulted Muslim scholars (in direct conversation) on this topic. They have affirmed everything I have written, and even started following my accounts. Their statements on this subject are readily available online, but they are also very kind and pleasant people who are very open minded.

The reason that Islam prohibits any depiction of The Prophet Muhammad is because they don't want Muslims worshipping him over Jesus (Isa) or God (Allah). They are also apprehensive about any secular depiction of Jesus or God because Arabia has a long and sordid history of idolatry.
