In those videos, the soldier(s) describe horrifying scenes of children chained up like farm animals and pits full of body parts, like something out of a horror film.

Colonel Macgregor also says that at this same institute, the Ukrainians (CIA?) developed special bioweapons that could specifically target Russian genetics, and not harm Ukrainian genetics.
