Most of these conflicts are actually connected to Israel.

DRC-Rwanda is a proxy war launched by the Israeli Diamond Cartel in response to Trump’s EO 13818 from 2017, which froze the assets connected to the IDC’s monopoly over the $24T worth of minerals in eastern DRC. (Specifically, the assets of Dan Gertler.)

Armenia-Azerbaijan is a conflict that revolves around the Shanghai Cooperation Organization’s attempts to challenge the status quo of the energy/oil cartel, which is part of the “pipeline wars” that led to the invasion of Afghanistan/Iraq in the first place. Also notable that a pipeline running from Azerbaijan to Turkey supplies all the IDF’s oil, and that Azerbaijan was used by the IDF to launch the drone attacks against Iran back in June.

India-Pakistan is another Israeli proxy conflict involving water resources, energy infrastructure, and CIA/Mossad created radical Islamic terrorism of which Pakistan was one of the original incubation chambers. The region in dispute (Jammu-Kashmir) is a historic river-valley that was part of a key trade road used by the East India Company (now known as MI6), who launched proxy wars involving the Sikh and Muslims beginning in the 1800’s— after the EIC had lost its commercial trade license and was only engaging in military/regime change operations.

I think it's safe to assume that this demotion (and that's what it is) has to do with her massive miscalculation in attacking the Saudis for spearheading this Two-State-Solution Confab, which she described as a pathetic PR stunt intended to reward Hamas, and minutes later was humiliated when the Confab revealed a declaration calling for Hamas to surrender to the Palestinian Authority.

This follows a pattern of President Trump opening up the proverbial war tent and letting the enemy in to express his position and reveal his plans, in earnest. It only works if the enemy thinks Trump is somehow aligned with their goals, at least in part. (Israel)
