The Georgia Bureau of Investigation is the GA version of the FBI. The GBI is led by Vic Reynolds who is a crony of GA Governor Brian “CCP” Kemp. Reynolds is not going to conduct an investigation which proves the criminal acts of Kemp.
The GBI has not provided any investigative work or findings with respect to the explosion which killed 20-year old Harrison Deal, the boyfriend of Kemp’s daughter.
