I went by the Capitol, on my way out of the city, and barely caught this very quick video of an ambulance, leaving the Capitol, with its lights on. If only I were one minute earlier. Wonder what it was all about?🤔

END OF THE ROAD FOR EVERGRANDE? First Signs of Inquiry for Firm's Wealth Management Arm (Reuters)

The Shenzhen govt has launched an investigation into a division of the Chinese construction giant, the city’s financial regulator told investors Monday.

It’s the first sign of an official inquiry into the world’s most indebted property developer that owes a whopping $305 BILLION and has run short of cash causing widespread panic in the markets, inside and out of China.

Neither Evergrande or the Shenzhen govt responded to requests for comment, Reuters reported.
