German City of Cologne to Allow Friday Call to Prayer
Mosques in Cologne can apply for a permit to broadcast the Muslim prayer call. The initiative will be limited to two years and then re-evaluated.
Cologne’s mayor welcomed the decision, saying that “if in addition to the sounds of the church bells we also hear the call of the muezzin, it shows that in Cologne diversity is valued...”

Vaccination cards reportedly given to them by Walgreens show children born in 2016 and 2017 from Indiana - were mistakenly given ADULT DOSES of the Pfizer coronavirus vaccine this week, the family attorney claims.
The children have since been taken to a pediatric cardiologist, and the family was allegedly told BOTH are showing signs of heart issues, according to their attorney.
The US Dept. of Health and Human Services used emergency powers last year due to the pandemic to issue a directive allowing pharmacists in all 50 states to give vaccines, like flu shots, to children 3 and older.

The European Union 'will start collapsing' unless it challenges a ruling by Poland's top court that national legislation trumps European laws, a senior official with the bloc said on Monday.
'If we don't uphold the principle in the EU that equal rules are respected the same everywhere in Europe, the whole Europe will start collapsing,' said Vera Jourova, EU Commissioner from Poland's neighbor, the Czech Republic.
More than 100,000 people protested in Poland on Sunday in support of the EU, sounding the alarm about what they fear is a prospect of their country following the UK and leaving the bloc in a 'Polexit.'
Poland’s govt has been increasingly at odds with Brussels over issues ranging from LGBTQ rights to judicial independence.

India’s looming power crisis could cripple even the biggest cities, with Delhi’s chief minister warning that the capital could face a blackout if emergency coal supplies aren’t found.
Nearly eight in 10 coal-powered plants will run out of fuel within five days per Central Electrical Authority of India, although Minister for Power RK Singh insisted “panic has been unnecessarily created about coal shortages”.
India’s coal production has been hit hard by flooding, even before red and orange flood alerts for rivers in Karnataka, Kerala and Tamil Nadu - but the country is still reliant on record-high cost imports.

More than 250 Microsoft Office 365 accounts linked to the US, EU and Israeli govt were reportedly breached through extensive password spraying. according to the Microsoft Threat Intelligence Center (MSTIC).
MSTIC said the hacking “likely supports the national interests of the Islamic Republic of Iran.”
The companies hacked included defense companies that support Western govt partners producing military-grade radars, drone tech, satellite systems and emergency response comms.

Southwest Airlines Shares SLUMP amid Mass Flight Cancellations
Southwest apologized to customers late Monday for the cancellations that had disrupted travel since Saturday - the airline said bad weather and air traffic control issues initiated the problems, compounded by its own staffing shortfall.
Southwest canceled a further 87 flights on Tuesday after chaos over the weekend devastated the travel plans of tens of thousands of customers. (FlightAware)
The company continued to deny reports on social media that the disruptions stemmed from pilots calling out sick to protest the recently announced COVID-19 vaccine mandate.
Shares for the company dropped to $51.88 premarket Tuesday, down from $53.92 early Monday and several dollars from most days the week prior.
