China is reportedly using a former tourist resort near Dalian to allegedly trial large unscrewed surface vessels, according to the United States Naval Institute.

Based on the images, USNI describes the unmanned ships to be “generally larger and more robust” indicating fast-pace Chinese research and development.

It says the discovery of the facility shows China is putting a previously unknown emphasis on armed drone systems.

Microsoft fights off its BIGGEST EVER DDoS attack after 70k-computer assault from Asia (reports)

Microsoft claim they have blocked its largest ever Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attack which targeted a European customer via the company’s Azure service, the Sun US reports.

The attack attempted to flood servers with 2.4 terabytes of data per second for 10 minutes, and apparently came from computers in China, Japan, Malaysia, Vietnam, Taiwan and the US.

It falls just short of the biggest recorded DDoS threat of all time, which targeted Google in 2017.

US pips China to top Bitcoin mining destination for first time ever

For the first time ever, the US is now the destination of choice for Bitcoin miners after a massive upturn in American mining activity since last September, when China held about 67% of the global mining market.

According to data from the Cambridge Centre for Alternative Finance, around 35% of Bitcoin hashrate - a measure of mining power - comes from the US, representing a 428% increase in a year.

Beijing’s crackdown on cryptocurrencies and the global energy supply chain crisis have shifted attention for Bitcoin miners to the States.

Cargo Crisis: Shipping giant Maersk diverts ships from backlogged UK ports

“Further disruption” to supply chains may be ‘unavoidable’ in the UK after Maersk, the world’s largest container shipping company, began diverting vessels away from Britain's main ports which are full.

The backlog has been caused by a shortage of truck drivers, unavailable to move unloaded containers to free up space for large ships to dock - the same issue that triggered a petrol crisis.

◼️ The measures now communicated by the Canadian government were announced at least since August. Before that, Justin Trudeau also denied - probably against his better knowledge - the possibility of mandatory vaccination.
◼️ By the end of October, all Canadian federal employees - or civil servants - must be "fully vaccinated." As of mid-November, government coercive measures will then take effect against unvaccinated individuals.
◼️ From the end of October, "mandatory vaccination" will also apply to all travelers aged 12 or older for rail and air travel in Canada and abroad. Starting in November, this measure will also be enforced by coercion if necessary.
◼️ Both measures are tantamount to a partial occupational ban for many unvaccinated people. The same Justin Trudeau described such a scenario as lacking any basis only months ago. So the "aluhats" have been proven right once again.
