🇺🇸👮♂️💉@COVID19Up: With thousands of Chicago police officers at odds with the city’s new COVID-19 vaccine mandates, officials in the state of Indiana are now recruiting the unvaccinated cops, some of whom are being punished for not complying.
As of Oct. 15, all of Chicago Police Department’s roughly 12,000 officers are required to share their vaccination status, outlets report, and those who aren’t vaccinated must get tested for COVID-19 twice weekly.
“Hey Chicago police officers, we’re hiring!” an Indiana State Police spokesman said on Thursday (Oct 21). “No vaccine mandate … lower taxes, great schools, welcoming communities.”

The UK education committee has said schools teaching the concept of white privilege could be in breach of the Equality Act, The Guardian reports.
Schools should avoid the promotion of “partisan political views,” and should approach racial and social justice topics in a balanced and factual manner,” a report on educational disadvantages of white pupils said.
The committee argues terms like “white privilege” may have contributed to systemic neglect of white disadvantaged communities in Britain.

According to the piece, a senior Tory has compared the current situation in the UK to the troubles in Northern Ireland and know wants a firearm for protection. It follows the brutal stabbing of Sir David Amess last week.
