Air Injections: Texas Nurse Convicted of Killing Four

William George Davis has been convicted of capital murder in the deaths of four patients, after prosecutors say he injected them with air following heart surgeries.

Davis was in one instance seen on CCTV entering the room of one of his patients and administering an injection. Three minutes later the heart monitor sounded; the patient died.

Prosecutors plan to seek the death penalty for the 37-year-old.
