Russia’s Glavkosmos to Launch Space Tourism in 2024
Glavkosmos' CEO has announced four tourists will board two Soyuz spacecraft to leave Earth in 2024, adding the company has been inundated with requests for places.
Rocket and Space Corporation Energia has been commissioned to build the two craft for around $71BN.
Soyuz spacecraft delivered 7 tourists to the ISS between 2001-2009 under contracts with the American company Space Adventures, as well as 2 Japanese tourists scheduled for the end of this year.
