I know Jonathan's Mother Liz and he is fighting a battle that can change Australia.
Since his Directions hearing where Victoria Government tried to have the case dismissed and the Judge proceeded to Trial.
Even though there is 1500 plus cases in Victoria still they have dropped the lock downs and started to try and get new Draconian legislation through Parliament that will allow Dictator Dan to do what he wants since the case has moved to trial.
This new Legislation removes the need to prove a pandemic and more.
How has Dictator Dan justified the Lock Downs?
Via the PCR test.
This is what Jonathan's case is about the PCR test and getting the Vic Gov to prove that the PCR test works.
