Canada Secretly Tracked 33MN Phones since Covid Outbreak

Canada’s Public Health Agency (PHAC) has admitted to covertly tracking 33 million devices during the pandemic to assess “the public’s responsiveness during lockdown measures” (National Post citing Blocklock’s Reporter).

A contract awarded to Telus' Data For Good program expired in October, but for months it had helped garner “de-identified and aggregated” analysis. However, a PHAC spox has confirmed plans to continue tracking the population for up to FIVE YEARS.

Pandemic Surveillance author David Lyon believes “the Canadian public will find out about many other such unauthorized surveillance initiatives before the pandemic is over - and afterwards."

China Begins Disinfecting City of 13 million in Lockdown

Xi’an has started spraying the city to fight an outbreak of Delta infections that forced its 13 million residents into lockdown. (Bloomberg)

Authorities are spraying disinfectants across the city and have requested residents close their windows and avoid touching surfaces.

Daily infections have spiked to around 150 for the city on Monday. A fourth round of mass testing is expected to reveal more.

German energy suppliers go BUST

Another German energy provider has ceased operations as a result of the unprecedented gas price surge on the European market, Focus news magazine reported on Friday.

According to the media, electricity discounter Stromio has become the seventh provider since October to halt supplies to household customers. Most of these companies have filed for bankruptcy. Stromio explained that the move is due to the “historically unique price development in the electricity market.” Industry experts believe that several hundred thousand customers will be affected by the termination.

Polish president vetoes media ownership bill critics say aimed at silencing US-owned channel

Andrzej Duda has cut down a controversial media bill over free speech concerns, likely to strain relations with key ally the US. (Reuters)

If the legislation had passed, it would have tightened rules around foreign ownership of media, affecting the US-owned news channel TVN24’s ability to operate.

"I believe that generally limiting the possibility of holding shares or stocks in media companies is sensible when it comes to foreign capital..." Duda said.

In early 2014 John Kerry visited the Ukraine and offered $1 billion in ‘aid’ shortly after protesters took over the government causing the President to flee to Russia and shortly after Russia invaded the Ukraine.
Also, in early 2014 Kerry’s top campaign fundraiser Devon Archer visited Biden in the White House. Then Biden visited the campaign and Archer and Biden’s son Hunter are named to the Board of Burisma Holdings, the Ukraine’s largest gas producer.
Next the Russian advance into the Ukraine was suddenly stopped by a mercenary army put together by billionaire banker Igor Kolomoisky.
The Burisma hired John Kerry’s former chief of staff, David Leiter as a lobbyist. Britain had frozen $23 million of Burisma founder’s money but later dropped these charges.
Some suggest that Burisma is actually owned by banker Kolomoisky who blew through $1.8 billion in 9 months in aid in a maze of offshore accounts. Kolomoisky was placed on the US’s visa ban list but then was soon lifted.
Archer in 2018 was found guilty in a scheme to defraud Native Americans but his guilty plea was later overturned.
The month before Biden’s last trip to the Ukraine, all investigations of Burisma were closed. On Biden’s last day in office, Burisma and the Democrat connected Atlantic Council signed cooperation agreements.

Nancy Pelosi’s son Paul was also on the board of an energy company and he traveled to Ukraine for his work.
