FDA Ordered to Speed Up Release of Pfizer Vaccine Docs over 100-fold

A federal judge has ruled that the FDA must hasten its publication of documents related to Pfizer’s Covid vaccine that the agency had claimed would take decades to prepare and publish.

District Judge Mark Pittman rejected the FDA’s argument that they could only process 500 pages a month, instructing them to push out 55,000 pages a month instead - given they had processed all of them in 108 days to license the vaccine in the first place.

The attorney heading the suit brought by a collective of scientists, Aaron Siri, claimed the ruling was a “great win for transparency” that will break a govt “stranglehold” on the vaccine data.
