▪️Russia has not yet accepted NATO's offer to hold a series of broad security consultations
▪️NATO is ready for both sides to reopen respective offices in Moscow & Brussels without preconditions
▪️NATO added the alliance’s collective defense guarantees do not apply to Kiev - but Russia has no right to veto it joining.
