"Warning for nationalism!" - Sweden’s National Museum adds WOKE WARNING labels to CLASSIC ART

Warnings including RACISM, SEXISM, and NATIONALISM have been added to classic 19th century art – the Swedish National Museum presenting the pieces as patriarchal, reactionary, and BORDERLINE DANGEROUS.

The move has sparked outrage. Leif Gren, an archaeologist from the Swedish National Heritage Board, accusing the museum of placing “facilitating pointers” to provide the public with “misleading politicization” in an opinion piece for a Swedish newspaper.

The warnings also provoked a backlash online: “This madness will continue until everything in Swedish culture is BRANDED racist,” said one user, another mused: “The world has gone INSANE. The National Museum calls older art ‘racist,’ including a painting depicting fisherman in a boat.”
