❗️Six INJURED as Washington DC bridge COLLAPSES (WATCH)

Officials say at least six people have been injured when a pedestrian bridge collapsed, trapping a truck that began leaking diesel fuel.

According to DC Fire and EMS, four people were hospitalized and two others evaluated for injuries. It seems at least two vehicles are under the rubble, but no people are trapped.

It remains unclear whether any pedestrians were on the bridge at the time or what caused the collapse.
