North Korea to Hold Nuclear Test at Any Time — Report
"North Korea is currently prepared to conduct a nuclear test at any time when Chairman Kim Jong-un decides to do so," an anonymous source told Yonhap.
According to the agency, Seoul and Washington are negotiating various countermeasures, including within the framework of the UN Security Council.
North Korea has conducted six nuclear tests, with the last one being in September 2017.
