New Documents Expose Secret US Wars – Report
The US has reportedly used a secretive authority called “127e” to launch at least two-dozen proxy wars since 2017, The Intercept reports.
The outlet received the documents via the Freedom of Information Act, claiming these papers are the first ever official confirmation that at least 14 so-called “127e programs” were active in the Middle East and Asia-Pacific regions as recently as 2020.
The Intercept explains that 127e is one of several virtually unknown authorities granted to the Defense Department by Congress over the last two decades. It authorizes US commandos to conduct “counterterrorism operations” in cooperation with foreign and irregular partner forces around the world with minimal outside oversight.
According to the outlet, almost no information about these operations is shared with members of Congress or State Department officials, and it is generally unknown where and in what manner these operations are conducted.

Non Human Intelligence Study (2018)
This is a rare to find and relatively recent (2018) research paper on Non-Human-Intelligences (NHIs) interacting with humanity. Adding in my own research on the matter it’s clear to me we are dealing with a phenomenon of intelligence that is what we would define as highly scientific/technological that is capable of manipulating space/time and matter in ways we don’t yet fully understand. The NHIs seem to be psychic and quite telepathic. There also seem to be spiritual components in some human to NHI interactions. This research paper sheds some light on this complex topic.
