Recap of the Hearing in Maricopa 75 minutes in (and it’s still going):
👉AZ Senator Karen Fann:
The Audit is in response to our constituents who believe the Election was Fraudulent.
👉Hearing is RECORDED for future Legal Proceedings. 💥
👉Cyber Ninja Testimony:
Established process, procedure, and training for the Audit and approx 1500 people involved, including:
-Background checks, Training Labs, & Bipartisan staff/volunteers.
-Microscopes/Cameras documented every ballot touched & every worker.
-Audit Goal: To Validate Election Resikts and be Beyond Reproach when results are released.
Bennett Testimony:
Election Procedures were not followed by Maricopa County:
ie: Chapter 10, Section 2, #3:
Duplicate Ballot serial numbers.
Meaning there is no way to know if a ballot was duplicated just once vs a thousand times.
Ben Cotton Testimony:
Cyber security & Digital Forensics:
👉Audit procedures include a procedure accepted by Courts: Write-Block.
Prevents tampering of results handed over to Auditors and establishes a Digital Fingerprint.
👉SOS Katie Hobbs & Sheriff Penzone were using the same Router?
Maricopa County won’t turn over Router information to account for missing data for time period from the Election to Feb 5, 2021.
👉Maricopa County Router & Data indicate system was breached. Confirmed via Letter to Public issues in November 2020 by Maricopa County.
I might go out on a limb and say Katie Hobbs might be a flight risk at this point.
