Something that people either forget or just don't know is that "declassified documents" don't immediately mean "for public consumption"
So while I agree with this decode, I see a window to perpetuate the misinterpretation that declas means we the people get to know things and stuff...No...those documents get to be USED for things and stuff, like say a Durham investigation for example.
