One of China’s biggest oil hubs is under THREAT after the massive typhoon that sparked the deadly floods in Henan province is bearing down on Zhoushan island.

Local meteorological experts have raised the warning level to the second-highest, and have advised authorities to make emergency plans to protect the nation’s largest oil storage tanks and refineries.
