Attorneys for Pfizer Whistleblower Say Company Could be Liable for $3.3 TRILLION in Damages

“Jackson’s lawsuit alleges that Pfizer and two of its subcontractors violated the False Claims Act by providing bogus clinical trial results to garner the FDA approval of its COVID-19 vaccine.

Under federal law, individuals can sue on behalf of the government and win treble damages if they can prove an individual or company deliberately lied to the government.

One of Jackson’s attorneys, Warner Mendenhall, told The Epoch Times that the payout could be as much as $3.3 trillion.

‘It would be enough to bankrupt Pfizer,’ Mendenhall said.”

Pope Francis instructs Vatican entities to move all funds to Vatican bank by Sept. 30

Pope Francis has ordered that the Holy See and connected entities move all financial assets to the Institute for Works of Religion (IOR), commonly known as the Vatican bank.

The pope’s renoscript, issued Aug. 23, clarifies the interpretation of a paragraph in the new constitution of the Roman Curia, Praedicate Evangelium, promulgated in March.
According to Francis’ renoscript, financial and liquid assets held in banks other than the IOR must be moved to the Vatican bank within 30 days of Sept. 1, 2022.

I see a lot of stuff going around about PPP loans going to individuals and being forgiven. That shouldn’t be possible unless they ran a business. PPP loans were business loans. If they went to individuals, they were fraudulent from the start.

These were designed and offered as forgivable loans. The fact that they were forgiven literally means nothing. However, in order to be forgiven they needed to be proven to be used correctly per the loan agreement.

These loans were designed to protect employee paychecks and businesses that were shut down (illegally) during the scamdemic. The purpose of the loan, and the way they were supposed to be underwritten, was to cover the cost of rent and payroll for 6 weeks. If they did that and proved it, they were supposed to be forgiven.

On the other hand, if they were issued to individuals, they are fraud. If they were used for any other purpose, that is fraud. There was a lot of fraud with these, no question, but many did use them properly.
