CVS Health Corp on Monday agreed to buy home healthcare services company Signify Health for about $8 billion in cash, a move that will enable one of the largest U.S. healthcare companies to provide further care management to patients in their homes.

The privileges committee report into whether Boris Johnson lied to parliament has found he deliberately misled the House and, had he still been an MP, would have recommended he be suspended for 90 days. Mr Johnson described the report as a "political assassination".

The US coastguard launched a search for the missing people after a body was recovered by a member of the public, but later suspended its operation.
