If Lindell plans to go straight to the Supreme Court once the Symposium is over and file to have the SCOTUS immediately order an investigation of this, he can do that. The only question is, based on the case he makes from Aug. 10-12, can he compel the SCOTUS to not only hear the case, but to rule that federal agencies must begin implementing the guidelines contained in this Executive Order?
